Job Summary: 
Under the direction of the Marketing and Sales Division Head: 
  • Works closely with customers, contractors, engineers in providing varieties of the company’s Products. 
  • Provides expert product knowledge, selection assistance and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Works with customers or their representatives in planning and product selection.
  • Uses consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills, attention to details, strong follow-up skills and motivation.
  • Receives clients, customers and visitors and meets and greets them in the showroom, understands their needs, makes presentations and advises them on the products and solutions suiting their needs.
  • Prepares the quotations according to the clients’ needs and specifications, conducts and handles payments.
  • Uses appropriate office technologies and computers to process and track orders and maintain good communication with all contacts.
  • Maintains the showroom as a professional place of business, and follows company policies and procedures.
  • Follows the terms and conditions of sales in line with the company’s policy and procedures.

Qualification Requirements: 
Education: 
  • BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business Management and Sanitary/Water/Civil engineering 
Experience: 
  • 4/2 years of relevant experience in sales works in business organizations
Skills:  
Computer skills. 
  • Good written and verbal communication. 
  • Strong in technical and operational skills. 
  • Team oriented, Strong public relations skills.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and presentation skills.
