The Kabribeya water supply system is characterized as a large water supply system with boreholes, main bulk supply pipelines with various infrastructures along the routes of the lines. There are also reticulation networks to provide water to both the Kabribeya refugee camps and the host community.The KWU intends to recruit a qualified Human Resources and Property Administration Manager
Scope Of Work:
The Human resource department is linked to overall development of KWU, as employees are central for final output of the utility’s performance.Behind the KWU water production there is a human mind, effort and man hours (working hours). No product or service can be produced without help of KWU staff. Staffs are fundamental resource for making things work in the utility. Therefore, we will work hard in the HR department to have skilled and competent people to make the utility competent and best.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualification And Experience Requirement:
- BA in Human resource management, business administration and related field of study from recognized collage.
- 5 years of post-graduation and on the job experience in the management area.
