Roles and Responsibility
- Organizing Files, incoming letters, Financial Receipts
- Assist General /Vice Manager in day-to-day activities by writing Emails, letters and Preparing Performa Invoice
- Collect payments from clients and deliver receipts
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system and manage database entry and client files
- Assist with bookkeeping, presentations, reports, emails and letters
- Maintain confidential information, file and store them accordingly
- Organize and distribute messages to the appropriate team members
Qualification/Requirements
- Advanced Diploma/Degree in any field
- Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of MS Word & MS Office
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- at least 2 years of experience
- Applicants must be excellent in English, Amharic and Oromic language in writing, reading and listening
