Job Summary: 

Under the direction of the marketing and Sales Division Head:

  • Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. 
  • Identifies potential customers and plans and organizes sales call schedules.
  • Maintains extensive knowledge of the products’ parts, function, and processes and assists to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients’ needs.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Prepares and develops technical presentations to explain the company’s products to customers.
  • Closely works with the customers and engineers to ensure the products meet the system requirements.
  • Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provides sales support.
  • Researches, develops and modifies products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
  • Helps customers who have problems with installed products and recommends improved or upgraded materials.
  • Collects client feedback and evaluates the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and communicates these issues with the sales division.
  • Secures orders, guarantees product standards and assures product delivery.
  • Recommends new and improved products to the customers and explains how the product could be utilized cost-effectively.
  • Writes reports concerning the sales activities, Performs other duties as assigned by the Sales Division Head.

    Qualification Requirements: 

    Education: 

    • BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business Management and in Water Supply and Sanitary engineering 

    Experience: 

    • 2 years of relevant experience and some background in construction work

    • Good written and verbal communication.      
    • Team oriented, Strong public relations skills.
    • Strong numerical, analytical, and presentation skills.
