Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strive to uphold all hygiene and sanitation regulations, ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas are clean and in good working order.
- Assisting colleagues, steward management and culinary team to work to their greatest ability
- Assist with food safety compliance
- Assist with food production compliance
- Tour areas of responsibilities
Qualification
- Diploma or certificate in hygiene science
Experience
- Must have at least 4 years of hotel experience in a similar position
