The company is engaged in real estate marketing and sales agency and consultancy, asset valuation, property management, investment and business consultancy, travel agency and tour operation and import business. Champion Properties is looking for qualified applicants on sales Supervisor Position.

  • Work under the sales manager for assisting the Sales Manager for his/her duties and responsibilities
  • Ensure that the number, composition, and capacity of the sales staff assigned to each sales office is sufficient to achieve the sales plan at all branches;
  • Assist sales teams in planning, evaluating performance and developing future action plans and corrective actions;
  • Ensuring that each sales consultant or team or field sales staff has sufficient resources to do their job properly;
  • Ensures that all branches have sufficient human resources;
  • Monitor, control and ensure that each sales consultant is providing the data that is filled in the CRM system in the required number, format and the data that must be completed in a timely and appropriate manner;
  • Monitor the proper use of digital marketing, billboards, exhibitions, TV, radio, newspaper and other leads from company’s marketing activities, prepare analyses, audit practices;
  • Follow up the payment status of the customers;
  • Communicates with customers in the sales process.

Education & Experience 

    • BA Degree or above in Marketing Management, Economics, Business Management or related field preferred
    • 2+ years’ experience in real estate sales.

    • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
    • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • Basic computer skills and experience
