1.         Main duties and responsibilities

Under the general direction and guidance of Head, Training Coordination and Follow-up Division, work with advanced trainer in Planning and writing the training content and aid materials used during the training. Assist advanced trainer and senior trainer when they conduct research on the topics he is going to teach, by reading books, magazines, newspapers, etc. Collect feedback from the trainees at the end of the training.

 Specific duties & responsibilities

 – Work with advanced trainer in Planning and writing the training content and aid materials used during the training.

– Assist advanced trainer and senior trainer when they conduct research on the topics he is going to teach, by reading books, magazines, newspapers, etc.

– Be punctual and try not to be late to reach the training class and be exemplary to the trainees. 

– Deliver motivational speeches effectively in clear language, good experience sharing method and attractive gesture.

– Always take attendance of trainees to make sure that they are attending the class.

– Use various ways and methods of teaching to Brainstorm ideas and topics with trainees.

– Use Question and answer teaching method to make the teaching task entertaining.

– Before starting teaching ensure that the sound system, the power point and the light at the venue is working properly.

      – Have direct and proper eye contact with the audience while teaching.

 – Collect feedback from the trainees at the end of the training.

 – Performs related duties as may be required.

Education

MA/BA in Business Management/Personnel Management or other related fields

 Work Experience

            4/6 Years Related Experience
