Purpose of the job

Assist the Admin Services and Liaison Head in the administrative and liaison activities.   

Main duties & responsibility

  • Assist the Admin Services and Liaison Head on:
  • Technician Movement
  • Car insurance cases
  • Follow revenue and custom in case of technician tools
  • Follow expat DSTV cases 
  • Local staff (5 factories) transport and logistics
  • Insurance for motor vehicles
  • All cars annual inspection (around 250 cars/year)
  • Assist on paperwork and administrative issues

Required Skills

  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in managing expatiate work and residence permit accordingly country rules

 Expected Education and Experience

  • BA/MA in Business Administration, Marketing, Management
  • 4 and above years of work experience in a similar role and industry
  • Experience in coordination with Government institutions, private companies, Trade minister & investment commission, ERCA; DARO & FOREIGN AFFAIR MINISTER, Immigration office & MOSA, and other related areas
