Purpose of the job
Juice recipe preparation chemists are responsible for planning and managing the production activities of a company based on job orders. They provide support to the operations department and collaborate with supervisors to create production plans and identity workflow requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analysis of the quality of raw material (fruit) before starting production
- Ensure the quality of fruit delivery, the cleaning and sanitation requirement of all production equipment’s before and after every production hour.
- Analysis of lab routine checks from sampling points.
- Controlling of the SOPs staring from fruit delivery to dispatches of final product.
- Keep the lab sampling schedules are correct or not.
- Assist the lab measuring activities are correct.
- Checks the productions lines are cleaned, CIP and COP are correct.
- Ensure the quality of a juice meets efficiency and company quality standards.
- Measure the chemical and physical properties, composition, of the Juice and keep the record.
- Compile and analyze test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency and to diagnose malfunctions.
- Sweeping/cleaning at end of each shift.
- Sweeping/cleaning assigned areas such as preparation room, ingredients store room, etc.
Education
- Min requirement: BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry or any related field…
Experience
- Minimum 4 years Work Experience in soft drink beverage, juice industry/factory is Preferable.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
