Responsibility Summary:

As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the Front Office Department at our resort in Wolaita. Your key responsibilities include implementing and executing marketing and financial policies, maximizing room revenue, delivering excellent quality services to guests, and enhancing guest satisfaction. You will work under the guidance of the Operation Manager and General Manager, following the Standard Operating System and business plan of the Front Office Department Manual and the service concepts defined by Haile Hotels and Resorts. Additionally, as part of the management team, you will be required to cover Manager on Duty shifts.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Tourism Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or 1 years in a related position.
  • Strong managerial experience and qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong public relations skills.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in foreign languages, with a minimum fluency in English.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and passion for service.
  • Good physical appearance.
  • Proficient in technology.
