DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure and prepare monthly business review reports
• Manage order to cash process ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded, analyzed and financial controls on the cycle are documented and implemented fully.
• Ensure accurate month-close/quarter-close and year-close processes and manage all financial reporting responsibilities.
• Finalization of the financial statements and perform the required analytical review of the financial statements
• Discuss audit queries and close all issues raised by the auditors. • Manage tax and overall account reconciliations to ensure the balance sheet is stated accuratel
PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Business Administration or related field
• Full professional qualification is desirable.
Experience: Bachelor’s degree (5) years of experience of which four (2) years should be at head level.
Knowledge, Skills, Competence:
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
