Duties and responsibilities
- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Close new deals at a high rate
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
- Manage multiple accounts (both individual and corporate buyers) simultaneously
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Use of various sales methods (Survey, cold calling, presentations, sharing marketing collaterals virtually)
- Evaluate customers’ needs
- Build long lasting client relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meeting, sales events and training
- Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
- Submits daily activity reports (prospect, follow up, office visit, site visit and closing ) to Sales Manager and lead coordinator on a daily bases
- Provides information on sales activities, problems and opportunities to Sales Manager as necessary or as requested
- Ensures consistent communication with clients and all others involved in the transaction
- Performs any other appropriately related duty as requested by the immediate Manager
