Menschen für Menschen Foundation is a nongovernmental, nonreligious and nonpartisan humanitarian organization involved in Integrated Rural Development activities and Project Coordination Office (PCO) wishes to invite applicants with the following qualifications and experiences.

Main duties & responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
  • Maintain petty cash and count and balance cash every day.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract

Work Experience

 A Minimum of 5 years proven work experience in a similar industry as a Cashier or similar role.

Skills

  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent computer literacy and accounting software.

Language: A good command of speaking & writing Amharic and English

Qualifications: BA in Accounting and Finance or Related.  

Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract
