- Coordinate Inventory reporting of receiving and consumption activities
- Reconcile monthly cycle counts and Semi-annual physical counts to the perpetual inventory system.
- Assist in establishing internal controls.
- Check and reconcile purchase invoice with Goods receiving Voucher.
- Check and reconcile the sales invoice with the delivery note.
- Record stock movement of all inventory items.
- Report stock movement monthly.
- Participate in yearly Inventory counts.
- Perform on yearly Inventory counts.
- Perform other finance duties.
- B.Sc. Degree in accounting with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in stock accounting.
Other skills
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
- Committed to any task given by immediate supervisor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint computer applications as appropriate.
