Ø Prospect and Generate Leads:

·      Identify potential customers and lead generation opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.

·      Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively to maximize conversions.

 

Ø  Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:

·      Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consultations with potential clients to understand their business requirements and demonstrate how Ashewa ERP solutions can address their needs.

·      Present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations to prospects.

·      Lead negotiations and handle objections to successfully close sales.

 

Ø  Achieve Sales Targets:

·      Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.

·      Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

·      Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activity and pipeline to the sales manager.

 

Ø  Collaboration and Coordination:

·      Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging.

·      Work closely with the customer support and implementation teams to ensure smooth handover and successful onboarding of new customers.

·      Coordinate with other sales team members to leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

 

Ø  Stay Informed and Updated:

·      Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

·       Continuously build product knowledge and expertise to effectively position and differentiate Ashewa ERP solutions.

·      Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and generate leads.

 

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the software or technology industry.

·      1 year Direct experience in software sales

·       2 year experience in real-estate business and other B2B business.

·       Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their benefits to businesses.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to potential clients.

·       Outstanding negotiation and closing skills.

·       Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
