– Coordinate, follow up, monitor and review the training functions of EALBMI;
– Ensure that long, medium and short term training plans are well prepared, approved and implemented; accordingly prepare review, follow up and monitoring report;
– Coordinate and manage training need assessment for human resources development programs;
– Ensures the development of training programed and materials for the selected areas of training;
– Keeps track of important scientific, national and international workshops, seminars and meetings, collects information on these and disseminate timely and as appropriate;
– Ensures that all staff members of the unit continuously get the required skill upgrading and updating training;
– Keeps abreast /well informed/ with the latest technological & sciences;
– Prepares and submits periodic reports on the performances and activities of the Service;
– Evaluates the performances of employees directly reporting to him/her;
– Safeguards the confidentiality of all information received and under his/her custody;
– Comply Occupational safety, Environmental protection, Quality management system & other ISO standards based on the requirements.
– Carries out other duties assigned by the Training, Dev’t & performance Mgt Division Head
Education & Experience: MA/BA/Diploma in Human Resource /Management/business administration/training & development/organizational development/leadership/ or related field with 2/4/6 years of relevant experience
Negotiable
