At-con Engineering & Architectural consultancy plc was established in 2002 to provide a compressive range of consulting services for governmental, private sector and public enterprises in the field of Highway Engineering, Structural Engineering, Water resource Engineering, Bridge Engineering, Architecture and other related works.
Background
The firm is owned and founded by two family member practicing professional Civil Engineers on a share holding basis. Two of the Engineers are highly experienced and with recognized professional career in their particular fields of specialization. The number of professionals is justified by the capacity of the firm to mobilize qualified professional personnel all at its avail at any required time.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of structural designs, specifications, cost estimates, material approvals, and coordination of all design works for both design and supervision contracts of building projects.
- Lead the structural design and analysis of projects from conception to completion.
- Develop innovative and efficient structural solutions that meet project requirements.
- Conduct structural calculations, simulations, and analyses using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural systems into overall project designs.
- Review and approve construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Participate in project meetings, client presentations, and technical reviews.
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on preparation of Structural Designs, Specifications, Cost Estimate, Material Approval and Coordination of all Design works for both Design and Supervision Contracts of Building Projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
