Job Description
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure to hire staff;
- Ensure that all new staffs have filled ID forms and make sure every staff has the organization ID card.
- Be a focal point person in the contracting, induction, transfer and placement activities when recruitment is needed
- Facilitate performance appraisal of an employee on 60 days probation is reported by immediate supervisors five days ahead of the end of the probation period and in accordance with the organization’s HR Manual and the labor law of the country
- Ensure that all staff information are properly filed, updated and confidentiality is maintained
- Update the quarterly recruitment tracking sheet and share to the concerned staff.
- Update, tracking sheet of personal files and communicate with various regional branch level managers to fill the gaps and make sure that all files are updated and have the necessary documents.
- Create CV pool system that can be used for emergency recruitment.
- Support others HR activities of day to day
Required Number: 4
· BA degree in business management, public Administration, and HR management or related fields.
· Minimum of five years’ experience as Human Resource officer, preferably experience with a FMCG company and at least four year working experience as a senior officer.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English, Amharic and other languages are more advantageous.
