OK Bottling and Beverage Share Company produce Fiker natural spring water to deliver customers and end users with refreshing, clean and safe water. Our manufacturing plant is located in Guraghe Zone Eza Woreda, just 198 KMS from Addis Ababa. The Company currently is looking to hire dynamic, energetic and hardworking potential employee in the following positions as per specified job requirements.
Job Description
Purpose of the Job:-Enable integrated talent management practice through efficient execution of HR operations of the major talent management programs such as Recruitment and on boarding, Performance Management, Compensation Administration, Employee Data Administration and others.He/she is responsible for ensuring that the company has the right balance of staff in terms of skill, experience and training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the company’s business goal.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the timely and efficient recruitment and onboarding of the right people to the right positions in line with the company’s workforce needs and plans.
- Administer the implementation of reward program as per the Company’s policy and procedure.
- Lead and follow up the execution of result-oriented,On-Time performance management system.
- Oversee adherence of code of conduct across the Company and take corrective measures when required.
- Oversee the maintenance of personnel record keeping procedures supervise the processing of personnel transactions and the appropriate procedures for confidential personnel records.
- Lead the investigation and resolution process of disciplinary cases identified and handled at the center.
- Implement employee relations programms.
- Monitor HR trends in the Company and identify initiatives to mitigate risk areas.
- Manage regulatory compliance and reporting processes and activities relating to HR programs.
- Focus on consistent service delivery and employee experience through the usage of a common set of tools.
- Liaising with a wide range of people in the company to support the implementation and policy execution related to labour law.
- He/she assist HR Manager in staff recruitment, this includes: developing job descriptions person specification, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Assisting the HR Manager in developing implementing policies on issues like working conditions, equal employment opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion, and other benefits.
- Administering inputs for payroll and maintaining employee records.
- Interpreting and advising on employment law.
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Communicating with other team like finance, marketing, stores, plant administration which consider immediate and long term staff requirement.
- Planning and analyzing training needs and scheduling training programs and conducting inductions.
- Developing employment contracts, create conducive working environment, and help workers to be productive in their jobs.
- Ensure all employees fulfill their employment formality and are registered in Social Security Agency and get their respective number of registration.
- Does every HR works in the absence of the Department Manager.
- Senior HR Officer is also responsible for managing employee insurance matters workmen’s compensation and Group Personal Accident working with insurance Company.
- Make close contact with plant Administration Officer to support their HR and administration activity.
- Undertakes any other activities which are not included in this JD lists. This list is not exhaustive and it is not possible to mention in black and white every activity. Therefore, the Senior HR Officer is expected to perform other related jobs as required by the company.

Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management or other related fields.
- Total Four (4) years of demonstrated experience of which three (3) years in a Senior HR Officer Position.
- Very Good knowledge of Ethiopian labour law and other related regulations.
- Knoweledge of ERP system is extra.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill is mandatory.
