Our company was established in 2021GC to provide freight forwarding, transportation, customs & port clearing, project cargo logistics, warehousing, loading and unloading services to local and international customers.
Duties and responsibilities
- Communication with Clients/Relevant departments
- Follow up the status of shipment from Djibouti –jobsite
- Report the status on daily and weekly basis
- Assisting in all areas of Logistics department
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager
Qualification
- Degree in Logistics/Supplies Management and related fields
- Excellent Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Power point);
- Excellent on written and spoken English;
- Attentive to details, rigorous with high sense of confidentiality and integrity;
- Able to write clear and concise reports, procedures and quality documents;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take initiative and make decisions;
- High degree of flexibility and responsiveness;
- Able to develop and sustain a network of key contacts;
- Good negotiation and communications skills
Work experience:
- 4 years and more in Logistics Company
