Our company was established in 2021GC to provide freight forwarding, transportation, customs & port clearing, project cargo logistics, warehousing, loading and unloading services to local and international customers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Communication with Clients/Relevant departments
  • Follow up the status of  shipment from Djibouti –jobsite
  • Report the status on daily and weekly basis
  • Assisting in all areas of Logistics department  
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager

Qualification

  • Degree in Logistics/Supplies Management and related fields
  • Excellent Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Power point);
  • Excellent on written and spoken English;
  • Attentive to details, rigorous with high sense of confidentiality and integrity;
  • Able to write clear and concise reports, procedures and quality documents;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take initiative and make decisions;
  • High degree of flexibility and responsiveness;
  • Able to develop and sustain a network of key contacts;
  • Good negotiation and communications skills 

Work experience:

  • 4 years and more in Logistics Company
