Duties and responsibilities
- Generate lead through survey, referral, cold call or any other possible means
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meeting, sales events and training
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Submits daily activity reports (prospect) to lead coordinator on a daily bases
- Provides information on sales activities, problems and opportunities to Sales Manager as necessary or as requested
- Ensures consistent communication with prospects and all others involved in the transaction
- Performs any other appropriately related duty as requested by the immediate Manager
