Hosea Trading House PLC is working on transforming to Holding Company having sister companies namely; Hosea Real Estate, Hosea Import/Export Trading and Capital Hotel & Spa under a corporate structure. The Company is interested to recruit Real estate sales Manager who will work at a corporate level. Therefore, we would like to invite competent & dynamic applicants who are eligible & capable to apply for the posts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Work on sales scripts with agents
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
- Track the sales teams social media performance
- Plan and direct sales team training
- Assisting in negotiations & closings between the clients & sales persons
- Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships
- Stay Informed on Real Estate Industry
- Perform administrative Duties
- Keep updated inventory information’s all the time and share the information to other department in real time
- Control & oversee sales team activities in the CRM system.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Real estate sale management or supervision.
- Strong knowledge of marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and digital marketing platforms.
