 Job Summary: –

Responsible for end to end sales automation system of the company. Responsible for leading the new development of sales automation system of commercial department.  Leading the critical phase of shifting the paper based work flow of the company to automated system considered as a tools for quick and easy decision making of the sales management team. Focus on a developmental journey of the system that focus on building competency of the entire sales team for understanding and using the system as a decision making support tool.  The job requires comprehensive integration of the sales team automation system to key distributer system for taking order generation and placement as a key phase. The role will lead periodical regional base or country wide EDS and integrate the result to SFA of sales force and KD system.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead sales force automation strategy of the company by assessing the paper based work flow starting from plan, execution up to reporting.
  • Develop and lead the KD sales force automation and create clear integration with the company system.
  • Lead capacity development training of sales team and KD staff
  • Lead the output of the system for decision making process periodically
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly actionable report for the sales management staff 
  • Monitor KPIs
  • Establish, build and maintain good working relationship with KD sales staff for effective integration of Dashen requirement with KDs
  • Manage SFA related inquires on a daily basis
  • Manage Dashen agreement with 3rd party for effective delivery of agreements
  • Work on understanding the market dynamics for effective up to date sales automation system implementation
  • Support the sales team on filed for effective understanding on the system
  • Work on understanding the key competitors’ sales automation system and make sure that our system is our competitive advantage
  • Custodian of the EDS data, from gathering, manipulating, segmentation and developing RTM guidelines
  • Gather Insights into market trends, competitor activity and business intelligence reporting 
  • BA Degree graduate in It, Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration & Information System, Management & Information System or related fields.

  • At least four years of experience in managing automation system in FMCG ideally beverage industry.
