Hotel Cassiopeia is a four star hotel in the heart of Bole sub-city. Our hotel has 119 spacious rooms, two meeting halls, a stylish open restaurant, and a lounge. It also has an elegant lobby bar and a coffee shop for both external and internal guests to relax in. Furthermore, our hotel is 1 kilometer away from Bole International Airport.

Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Food & Beverage Management, front office or marketing from recognized university, Hotel Institute or College level 5.
- At least 3 years and above work experience in a 5 or 4 star Hotel in Food & Beverage, front office manager, duty manager or related positions.
- Fluent spoken & written English
- Great leadership skill and an excellent team player
- Complain handling and ability to make decision with solution
- Great interpersonal skill and Passion for the industry
- Great skill in computer and able to work with Microsoft office and other programs
- Very good understanding of Hotel Financial Operation
- Working knowledge and have a strong skill of IDS or Other similar PMS systems
