Job Purpose
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and talent management in the Ramid Company for all business units. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to attract, retain, and develop employees. The HR Manager will collaborate with management to align HR initiatives business objectives.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact between the company and employees.
  • Move strategy to action by recommending and implementing new approaches and actual business solutions to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and the development of HR within the company.
  • Provide effective and timely counsel, coaching & mentoring at the senior management level particularly in the areas of talent management, employee engagement and employee relations / communications.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement processes and tools that foster higher productivity, quality, safety and improved engagement / retention of workforce.
  • Continuous improvement mindset while providing leadership and change management expertise in support of manufacturing business initiatives, projects, and changes.
  • Build positive, meaningful relationships with management and employees in order to act as a vital resource and trusted advisor.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on key performance indicators for the HR department as established by local, division, and corporate value drivers.
  • Design polished, relevant and timely internal communications in order to keep our workforce engaged and informed.
  • Develop new policies, programs and culture-building initiatives to drive deeper employee engagement.
  • Continually seek opportunities for improvements and implement “best practice” initiatives that streamline transactional activities, increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer service.
  • Design policies in vehicle management, maintenance and repairing.
  • Drive problem-solving activities to resolve department and business issues and inefficiencies and increase employee satisfaction.
  • Coach and counsel management and employees in the interpretation and application of HR and organizational policies and procedures, assuring fairness and consistency.
  • Ensure the resolution of complex employee relations issues by overseeing and/or conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Plan and carry out human resource and Administration activities for the organizations.

Key Deliverables

  • Design and implement HR and Administration guidelines,
  • Design and organize proper employee database,
  • Conducting field research to obtain data related to supplier and market trends,
  • Improving skill level of HR and Admin team.
Accountable to: Chief Executive Officer

Qualifications:

  • BA Degree, Human Resource Management or Business Management studies are preferred.
  • Experience of at least 7 years of related experience preferably in a busy manufacturing, Import Export and Real-estate company.
  • 3+ years previous HR leadership experience in manufacturing sector required
  • Self –initiative & ability to manage own work with little supervision.
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills and strong people management skills.
  • Ability to handle diverse challenges and cope with difficult working environment.
  • A team player, keen on details and results oriented.
  • Data Organizational & Analytical skills.
  • Is able to communicate well with employee, unions and management.
  • Has a good decision making skills and abilities?
