In terms of staff and directorship, we are probably the most Ethiopian beer company in the country. And to help us stay abreast of leading technology and introduce world-class know-how, we work closely with international partners and suppliers.
- Ensure Key Accounts are achieved in the most professional and cost-effective way
- Create effective relationship management to ensure that defined levels of service quality to UB being delivered
- Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures, and legislation
- Able to apply various tracking and monitoring tools and techniques
- Responsible for Key Account Sales Calls, Sales Reporting’s and generate daily, weekly report
- Take various Sales initiatives and weekly pipelines
- Identify, pursue, and capitalize on sales opportunities through various channels
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by managing and optimizing channel sales performance
- Collaborate effectively with the distributor sales team, channel partners, and other stakeholders to drive growth
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, progress, and market intelligence to Key Account Manager
- Stay up to date on industry trends, changes and adapt sales calling strategies accordingly
- Provide training and support to resellers distributors, and other partners to ensure their success in selling to consumers
- BA Degree in Any Social Science fields with 2 Years experience as a Key Account Sales Representative or Similar role in FMCG company
