The Human Resource officer is undertaking a variety of administrative and HR related tasks. The Human Resource officer is the first point of contact for employees regarding administrative and HR related topics and will be handling various admin related tasks.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Acting as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR related topics.
  • In charge of HR records, employee files and compiling reports for payroll.
  • Communicating with HR Business Partners globally and External Relations
  • Managing the Payrolling process and fulfilling all requirements
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining HR related procedures/policies
  • Preparing reports to the management
  • Contributing to the development of HR unit goals, objectives and systems

 Qualification and Experience:

  •  Holding at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and spoken skill of English and Amharic language.
  • Possessing excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong interest to learn, adapt and cope with any assignment.
