Farm Africa currently wants to invite eligible bidders for the construction of the Urban Agriculture Structure at Addis Ababa. The tasks under this assignment will include construction and establishment different urban agriculture structure per the design, layout and BoQ prepared. The overall construction work requires compound beautification, reading and understanding of different urban agriculture design prepared, urban agriculture structure construction and installation (drip irrigation system ,sprinkler system ,vertical structure model Tower garden, Oblique garden, hydroponics construction and system installation, fish pond integrated with poultry cage, compost bed and shade construction ,shop construction and other structure mentioned in the BoQ and design) with high standard quality and locally available materials with low cost per the layout and design.

Required qualifications of the supplier
- All the legal documents (Renewed Trade License, Registration, TIN, VAT/TOT certificates)
- Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Civil engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in Urban Agriculture, vertical structure construction, wood work, metal work, carpentry and joinery requiring work and landscape/ structural management
- Has grade 8 and above contactors license for the construction work
- Experience in delivering trainings to urban communities on farming techniques and farm business plans
- Excellent spoken and written English and Amharic
- Bidders shall clearly state their unit price and total price including VAT/TOT with the BOQ provided by FA only
