Introduction
ENQOPA CHARITY ORGANIZATION (ECO)is an independent, impartial, and neutral NGO working to improve the wellbeing of vulnerable and marginalized children, youths, women, and adults. ENQOPA CHARITY ORGANIZATION (ECO)has been established in May 2021 and reregistered as per the new ACSO proclamation with registration number 5592. It has operational presence and has been implementing small scale projects with high impacts and achieved successes
ECO is now implementing a project titled: “Youth Voice” with implementation period of 5 months from November 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023. The project directly targets the youth and youth focused organizations in the region.
This Terms of Reference (TOR) is, therefore, issued to invite consultants of reputable and proven track records in developing Youth Engagement strategy and Skills Development Manual as per the provisions and conditions of the TOR given below. . This term of reference will also be part of the contract agreement with service provider.
Objective of the Assignment
The overall objective of this assignment is to develop a comprehensive Youth Engagement Strategy and Skills Development Training Manual to support the ECO’s promoting youth voice and bringing sustainable positive change in the lives and wellbeing of marginalized children, youths, women, and adults.
Scope of the Assignment
The consultant is expected to accomplish two separate, but related tasks (Developing a Youth Engagement Strategy and Employability and Life Skill Training Manual). These two major areas are condensed and developed as one comprehensive manual entitled “Youth Engagement and Youth Life skills Training manual).
