Education:-BA/MA In Management/Human Resource Management/Related from 

                    recognized university/college.

Experience:-15(fifteen years) relevant work experience after graduation in construction 

                      industry out that 5(five) years as manager. 

Exposure:- ERP Software system and basic computer skill.

Term of employment:- For indefinite period of time after completion of probation 

                                        period.

Work place:- Head office(Addis Ababa)
