Our newly opening Hotel is looking for interested and qualified applicants for the below positions who will be part of our team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
- Investigating and addressing complaints regarding housekeeping service.
- Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
- Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management/HK supervision
Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role required
