Job Description
Organizes, plans, coordinates and follows up activities related to purchase, keeps, records of purchase, submits report on accomplishments; plans, organizes, coordinates and controls vehicles and transport management system; maintenance and services, cleanliness of office compound keeping, offices, repairing of broken or expansion, modifications and overall security and safety of the organization and its staff.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures that an organized filling and documentation system is in operation for the organizational cleanliness
- Ensures that all goods locally purchased are handed over to the store against signature and proper documents.
- Ensures proper installation and or maintenance of telephone, fax, photocopiers etc.
- Ensures that telephone & other payments are made on time.
- Keeps records of all purchases by date, type, quantity, price, invoice no. etc. for further reference and reporting.
- Performs other related activities as assigned by immediate supervisor.
The job holder is key to set the office environment to fit for its purposes and check over the overall performances of the general organizational look. The image representation of the office and its maintenance depends on the job holder to consistently improve the organizational beautification
Has responsibility to safely and properly use office vehicles of the organization and their good stands, computer, chair, table and other office materials given for the office.
The job demands mental effort to understand, analyse and evaluate the functions of resources such as organizational property and the auxiliary staff and their adequate efforts.
The job demands self-initiative to coordinate the human and physical resources of the organization in areas of vehicle and plan the compound space and the office space and its placement
