Position Overview:

As the General Manager at Kinetic Dawn Multimedia, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards success. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to all operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficiency and excellence in execution.

  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture. Foster professional development and growth among team members.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the company’s presence in the market.
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Quality Control: Uphold the company’s commitment to producing high-quality content. Implement and maintain quality control measures.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Media Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a media company for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of media industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
