Job Overview
The GBS general Manager position is a unique role that encompasses all aspects of coffee for export. They will be responsible for coffee sourcing and purchasing, quality control, product compliance, and education of both team members and customers on best coffee sourcing and buying.
General Responsibilities are:
Divisional Budget & Profitability, Product Sourcing, Profile Development, Product, Innovation & Manufacturing, Costing & Pricing, Quality Assurance, Product Compliance and Inventory Management
Qualifications/Skills
Education: –
- Management, Marketing Management and business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for BA or an MA degree with at least three years of relevant experience in coffee export
Experience: –
- 5 years in managerial roles as export manger and import knowledge is rewarding.
Special Skill:
- Full understanding & knowledge about Coffee, pulses & oil seeds and good knowledge of Microsoft products (working experience MS ERP systems) is preferred.
