– Plans, directs and controls the activities of all vehicles, phone, internet, vehicles maintenance, fuel management, canteen;
– Ensures adequate provision of transport services in coordination with the senior fleet officer;
– Ensures that safe, efficient and economical transportation service is provided to the offices and business units through proper assignments;
– Participates in process of disseminating and interpreting HR policy manuals and other reference materials and ensures that all staffs are kept informed of company’s policies and procedures;
– Collect daily number of employees avail for work & canteen & cross check from time keeper.
– Insurance early report for damage, follow up for inspection & maintenance
– Assists in conformance to policy, incentive program calculations and communications.
– Maintains and updates list of staff profile in the HR data base(HRIS) like GPS by making timely follow up of vehicles movement & its fuel consumption
– Handles personnel accidents report and employee’s insurance and medical cases.
– Prepares periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually & annually) activities performance report and submits to immediate supervisor.
– Enhance product quality and reduce risks, gain production efficiencies, and garner /gather/ customer loyalty.
– Handles personnel and property insurance, ensures timely renewal of policies and timely lodging of claims when accidents occur.
– Ensures that vehicles are maintained properly and in time; ascertains that all vehicles of EALBI undergo annual road-worthy inspections and that annual municipal fees are paid for them according to government regulations;
– Supervises the systematic maintenance of vehicles history jacket/file (record keeping of mileages travelled, consumption of fuel, oil and tires, down time and other related control factors; routine and major maintenance undertaken, etc.) examines mileage, fuel consumption and downtime reports and takes timely corrective actions in case of irregularities;
– Supervisors the payments of telephones, radio, fax, e-mail and Internet services; reports and follows up prompt maintenance in case of disruptions;
– Manage & Control outsourced rental employees transport services,
– Prepares annual work plan and budget, periodic performance reports and submits to Department; evaluates the performance of his/her subordinates periodically;
– Comply Occupational safety, Environmental protection, Quality management system & other ISO standards based on the requirements.
– Performs other duties as required and assigned by Facility service Division Head
