Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping coffee products.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain proper stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and finance, to coordinate logistics and fulfill customer orders.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, transporters, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and analysis on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, stock movements, and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in warehouse management, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
