Integrated Service on Health and Development Organization /ISHDO/

It was established on October 27, 1997 as local NGO and registered with the Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry of Justice with major objective of combating the spread of HIV/AIDS. The organization was re-registered with the Federal Charities and Societies Agency in October 2009 with reg. number 0088 as per the new CSO legislation 621/2009.

Scope of Work (SOW)
End line Assessment on CSOs’ Capacity Building and Combination HIV prevention for Key & Priority Population (KPP) Project 
Background
Integrated Services on Health and Development (ISHDO) was as established in October 1997 and has been implementing multiple program portfolio including HIV/AIDS/Health, Education, Livelihood Improvement, Protection of the Environment, Gender, and Democracy/Peace Building since its inception.
Currently, ISHDO is implementing the CSO Capacity Building and Combination HIV Prevention for KPPs Project, a three-year project financed by Global Fund (GF) through Ministry of Health. 
The overall goal of the project is to contribute to attainment of the National HIV strategic plan to reach 90% of Key and priority populations with combination HIV prevention interventions by 2025. 
The project has been implemented in twenty high incidence woredas selected from Oromia, Harari, Dire-Dawa and Addis Ababa. It targets key and priority populations defined in the National HIV Prevention Strategic Plan of Ethiopia with special emphasis on Female Sex Workers (FSWs), People with Intravenous Drug (PWID), High risk Adolescent Girls and Young Women, Workers in hot spot areas and HIV positive adolescents and youth. The project has also provided a capacity building support to Key and Priority Population groups to engage in them in planning, implementation and monitoring of combination HIV prevention services targeting the high incidence woredas.
