- Responsible for the management of the whole project, including the project’s safety, quality, progress and other technical issues.
- Prepare reasonable construction progress plan for the project in accordance with the requirements of the contract time schedule and the actual situation on site.
- Responsible for the preparation of civil construction plan and technical presentation, etc.
- Responsible for subcontractor’s construction plan approval;
- Responsible for the handling of technical documents such as design changes, material balance and etc.
- Understanding of the whole process of project data preparation, including but not limited to technical standards, design drawing review, construction process inspection, progress report, As-built documents.
- In accordance with the relevant construction specifications, manage and control the project’s engineering quality, technical documents, project progress and safe construction.
- Be familiar with the drawings and technical documents, and can provide interpretations using these documents to the site technical issues.
- Be able to do survey and investigation of the site and give feedback to the project manager timely. Be able to provide advice to the project manager about the project progress, quality and cost control.
- Be able to assist the project manager to manage the site. Have strong communication skills and be able to coordinate the relationship between client, consultant and sub contractor.
- Be able to check the quantity and quality of monthly construction work by the sub contractor. There should be a process including initial check and review, which can provide an accurate basis for the progress payments.
- Be able to coordinate the site manpower to achieve orderly construction and improve efficiency.
