We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Member to join our growing team. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for driving the sales and adoption of our inventory management application within the assigned territory or customer segment. You will engage with potential customers, build relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understand their business needs, and position our solution as the ideal choice.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and successful customer onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and case studies to support sales efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively articulate the value proposition of our inventory management application.

Salary: 10,000 – 30,000ETB

Work place: The position is located in Addis Ababa, Bisrate gebreal, SHIMEKET BLDG. Remote work options may be available.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of Experience in Sales 
  • Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, preferably in the inventory management or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage sales activities and pipeline.
  • Knowledge of inventory management processes and challenges is a plus.
  • Experience is Sales is a plus
