Description

As a Program Manager at Growthtip Consulting, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, manage project teams, allocate resources, and mitigate risks. Your role will also involve identifying process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery.

Key Duties:

  • Manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously
  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and providing regular updates
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Coordinate all cross-functional activities, represent Growth tip internally and collaborate with external Partners, MOU Singing coordination.
  • Meet with practice group leader(s) and partners ( donors, customers ,banks and etc. on a regular basis to identify business development opportunities and determine client support needs
  • Provide Business Development services to our  clients
  • Prepare innovative and customized proposals, RFP responses, presentation materials
  • Coordinate marketing and business development projects,
  • Monitor and report on industry trends and issues impacting key clients and practice-specific developments that offer new opportunities in the form of pitches, alerts, potential webinars, events
  • Research and evaluate referral sources, sponsorship opportunities, and speaking engagements
  • Support and utilize the firm’s CRM (client relationship management) system to track business development and client activities
  • oversee appropriate website content, including regular edits  of Company profile , attorney bios, and development of new content and releasing on social media in different languages
  • Develop innovative strategies and tactics to get sales and revenues
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies development
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • During different  special events and Holidays, Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and undertake advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Conduct Training Need assessment , workshop, forum, Adopt Training program to the needs of the clients , organize training program and design Training materials  and delivery Training  and provide after training follow up services and assign trainers
  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives for implementation of different projects
  • Identify  process improvements and implement best practices
  • Any duties given by the Chief Executive officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics  Marketing , Project management or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • More than 5 years of experience in project management, Business development service  and extension services provision preferably in the consulting industry and NGOs
  • Project management  and BDS certification
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software

Language Skills:

  • Language Skills for the Position: Good Command of English, Afaan Oromo and Amharic is required.
