Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee all aspects of the coffee roasting process, including roast profiles, batch consistency, and product quality control.
- Lead and mentor the production team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of productivity and morale.
- Coordinate with other departments, including sales, marketing, quality control, and logistics, to align production activities with business objectives.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on production status, performance metrics, and upcoming projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in production management, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of coffee roasting processes, equipment, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and production planning tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality and safety.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
