Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate site survey reports and site preparation guides based on survey
- Participate in designing and optimizing solutions based on the customer requirements
- Preparing technical response documents based on customer requirements
- Participate in preparing system specification and solution architecture based on customer requests
- Preparing Low level and high-level documents for project implementation
- Developing knowledge on products specifically on Systems and Software from vendors like, Dell Technologies (Dell, DellEMC), Cisco, HPE, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, VMware… and Solutions like Computing, Storage, Backup, Replication, Enterprise Operating Systems, Database, Virtualization, Enterprise Management, Cloud Infrastructure, End User Computing
- Documentation and design preparations
- Preparing technical solution proposal and designs
- Preparing technical specification and compliance table
- High Level and Low-Level documentations
- Test, Knowledge transfer and As-Built documents
Bill of Quantity and Bill of material for the proposed solutions
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Excellent planning and reporting skill
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ready to take responsibilities , be accountable and open minded
- Willingness to adapt and learn
Education:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related fields
Experience:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
Requirements Certifications:
- CCNA will be a plus
