Metropolitan Real Estate is looking for a “DIGITAL MARKETER” who is passionate about digital marketing and has a deep understanding of social media management.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include creating visually engaging design assets for digital platforms and executing effective digital marketing strategies. Proven design skills, proficiency in design software, and knowledge of digital marketing concepts are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participating in creative idea development processes.
  • Design a wide variety of marketing materials, including event videos, marketing collateral, newsletters, print advertisements, signage, and e-blasts
  • Create and execute posting schedule and content calendar for social media, brand, and email marketing channels, considering web traffic, SEO and customer engagement metrics
  • Work with the Communications Manager to ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines
  • Ideate and execute compelling visual stories
  • Creating and managing SEO strategies
  • A good understanding of social media and digital advertising models and usage panels
  • Execute online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google AdWords
  • Graphic design, digital content creation, website, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) management
  • Technologically savvy skills and ability to work easily in a wide variety of online platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Hootsuite, WordPress, and Microsoft Suite
  • Keeping up with digital trends
  • A university degree in graphic design, interactive arts, marketing or another related discipline
  • At least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
  • Experienced in social media (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) management, reporting and metrics
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress, and HTML. Experience in SEO is an asset
  • Ability to prepare the right and effective content for company needs
