The company currently engaged in Customs Clearance and (Transit), Freight forwarding and Shipping Agency. Our company wants to employ very competent and energetic fresh graduates for Customer`s handling, Call center, Truck dispatch officer positions for the Transport Place and delivery system business line we are going to launch shortly ;
Specific Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Serve as front office Desk officer for all business enquiries
- Handle all customers company service requests
- Sell company’s services
- Process orders and transactions
- Deliver Information about a company’s offering
- Provide proactive customer outreach
- Handle customer complaints
- Collect and analyzing customer feedback
- Match Vehicle request with cargo and dispatch
- Track and trace vehicles/Cargo with devices
- Relaying information to customers, drivers, Transport companies and Operation staffs
- Resolve problems, requests coming from customers and Drivers
- Collect documents from Transporters /drivers and hand over to Operation/Finance
- Preparing work orders for vehicles/Drivers
Education:
- Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Management or Marketing or Economics or Logistics, Transport Management, or Related fields
