The company currently engaged in Customs Clearance and (Transit), Freight forwarding and Shipping Agency. Our company wants to employ very competent and energetic fresh graduates for Customer`s handling, Call center, Truck dispatch officer positions for the Transport Place and delivery system  business line we are going to launch shortly  ;         

Specific Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Serve as front office Desk officer for all business enquiries
  • Handle all customers company service requests
  • Sell company’s  services
  • Process orders and transactions
  • Deliver Information about a company’s offering
  • Provide proactive customer outreach
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Collect  and analyzing customer feedback
  • Match Vehicle request with cargo  and dispatch
  • Track and trace vehicles/Cargo with devices
  • Relaying information to customers, drivers, Transport companies and Operation staffs
  • Resolve problems, requests coming from customers and Drivers
  • Collect documents from Transporters /drivers and hand over to Operation/Finance
  • Preparing work orders for vehicles/Drivers

Education:

  • Bachelor of Art Degree   in Business Management or Marketing or Economics or  Logistics, Transport Management, or Related fields

Experience

  • Fresh
