We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven CORPORATE PLANNING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR to assist in corporate planning and devt. to our organizations of KABBA HOLDING COMPANY business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs on the corporate planning and business development branch. Duties for the corporate planning and business activities supervisor will include support allocating all over holding companies plan and business activities, formulating policies on companies planning dpt, monitoring and motivating staff, managing all companies planning and business development dpt, ensuring good planning and development manuals, and monitoring all companies corporate planning and business development activities and entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Insights
- Drive development and effective implementation of the Corporate Affairs strategy.
- Ensure that strategies are clearly understood by all stakeholders and that the organization is achieving its strategic goals at the optimum pace.
- Oversee annual planning process to ensure alignment with key business partners and across Corporate Affairs. Implement regular processes for sharing plans across the function and more broadly.
- Monitor the external landscape to stay abreast of industry and functional macro trends to inform and educate stakeholders and incorporate into Corporate Affairs strategic plan and processes.
Qualifications & Experience.
The successful candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, resourceful, self-motivated leader with a roll-up-the-sleeves mentality and strong sense of urgency. They should possess a proven track record of setting, driving and delivering on objectives and projects, and have demonstrated ability to successfully lead and influence others with strong familiarity of the healthcare industry as well as a Corporate Affairs function. This individual should also have an excellent understanding of the digital space, including SharePoint, the Cloud, One Drive, Excel, and other contemporary tools. Project Management, Operational Excellence certifications are also desirable.
- MBA/MBS in Economics and related fields required.
- 3+ years with demonstrated experience in strategy and operations; corporate affairs and planning and dvt. Experience preferred.
- Strong project management and change management experience with the ability to develop and execute clear action plans.
- Strong financial, strategic planning and business planning skills.
- Proven track record of a strong ability to proactively identify resolutions to business issues and creating new and innovative ways of doing things, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing environment.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively within the department and across the business to drive and scale communications strategies across the enterprise.
- Ability to influence and advise senior leadership in both communications and business settings. Strong understanding of the planning and development industry is preferred.
- Strong management and team leadership skills, including willingness to mentor others.
- Superior written and interpersonal communications skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and operate within a complex, fast-paced and changing environment. Ability to meet tight deadlines.
