KK Private Limited Company (KK PLC) is a reputable company established in Addis Ababa in accordance with the Ethiopian Commercial Code with a grand vision and paid-up capital of Birr 150 million.  KK PLC is proudly serving the Ethiopian market in acrylic and blanket manufacturing, export of Coffee’ oilseeds, pulses, spices, etc., import and sales of known brands of construction machineries and tires of different sizes. Since recently, it has expanded its business horizon to real estate primarily in Addis Ababa city.  KK PLC has over 500 employees who have been giving their best to bring the Company to its excellent shape today.

 Responsibilities:

– Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company to ensure financial stability and growth.

– Manage financial reporting, analysis, and compliance to ensure accurate financial information and regulatory adherence.

– Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align finance and marketing goals with overall business objectives.

– Present financial reports, marketing plans, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders.

– Conduct interviews with clients, customers, and industry experts to gather insights for financial and marketing strategies.

– Implement financial controls, marketing tactics, and growth strategies to support company objectives and drive success.

– Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance effectively.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate financial information and marketing strategies clearly.

– Ability to present reports and implement strategies for finance and marketing initiatives.

– Problem-solving abilities to address financial challenges, marketing obstacles, and contribute to strategic solutions.

– Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance and other related fields with at least 6+years of relevant experience in the manufacturing, Import Export and Real Estate Sectors.
