Duties and Responsibility

  • Issuing bills, receipts and invoices
  • Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
  • Verify payment requests, and their supporting document and process all payments on time
  • Prepare payment vouchers and Journals 
  • Track and control all payment requests to make sure their on-time payment
  • Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
  • Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill
  • Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers
  • Reporting issues or irregularities to the financial head of the company
  • Fixing billing errors
  • Initiating new procedures for billing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in accounting or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in any organization.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Honesty and strong values
  • Experience as an invoice clerk or in general accounting is preferred
  • The ability to consistently meet deadlines and to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle customer queries calmly.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team

Key competencies: (MANDATORY)

  • Strong communication skill in English (written)
  • Email writing skill
