Duties and Responsibility
- Issuing bills, receipts and invoices
- Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
- Verify payment requests, and their supporting document and process all payments on time
- Prepare payment vouchers and Journals
- Track and control all payment requests to make sure their on-time payment
- Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
- Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill
- Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers
- Reporting issues or irregularities to the financial head of the company
- Fixing billing errors
- Initiating new procedures for billing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in accounting or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in any organization.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Honesty and strong values
- Experience as an invoice clerk or in general accounting is preferred
- The ability to consistently meet deadlines and to work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to handle customer queries calmly.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
Key competencies: (MANDATORY)
- Strong communication skill in English (written)
- Email writing skill
