The Ethiopian Society of Sociologists, Social Workers and Anthropologists (ESSSWA) was established as a nonprofit making, nonpolitical, and non-religious professional Association in June 1996. It is legally re-registered under the Ethiopian CSO law of 1113/2019 on December 18, 2019 with a registry number 0350. ESSSWA is committed to improve the wellbeing of children, women and other vulnerable group like the elderly and persons with disabilities through the dedicated and active involvement of its members and in collaboration with all stakeholders in the social sector. ESSSWA also values gender equality and equitable distribution of socio-economic benefits to citizens regardless of their social status, ethnicity, sex and color.
ESSSWA is now glad to invite competent, eligible, and qualified Bidders for appointing external Auditors to undertake annual Audit for 1 fiscal year of January 1st 2022-December 31, 2022.
- Eligible audit firms are invited to participate by submitting the following:
- the firm`s profile
- trade licenses (renewed for the current year)
- Renewed Certificate /license from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
- Audit fee to be charged, clearly by indicating with or without VAT
- Experience of the Audit firm with audit reporting under International Public sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS)
- List of the staff members who will be deployed in the Audit and their profile
- Bidders must submit their financial and technical proposals separately in person at ESSSWA’s head office
- Work plan and demonstrate the ability to finalize and deliver the final audit reports will be negotiated between ESSSWA and the final winning bidder.
