Key Responsibilities:
- Document Review and Issuance: Diligently review various documents and issue necessary certificates for our clientele.
- Client Communication: Efficiently handle inquiries and communicate order updates, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Invoice and Funds Management: Oversee the generation of invoices, monitor the cash register, and manage incoming funds.
- Database Maintenance: Ensure that our database is always up to date and accurate.
- Call Handling: Respond promptly to all incoming calls, addressing concerns and queries with professionalism.
- Team Management: Allocate tasks to lab technicians and ensure all formalities are adhered to.
- General Administration: Tackle daily administrative tasks and ensure that operations run smoothly.
