Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Review and Issuance: Diligently review various documents and issue necessary certificates for our clientele.
  • Client Communication: Efficiently handle inquiries and communicate order updates, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
  • Invoice and Funds Management: Oversee the generation of invoices, monitor the cash register, and manage incoming funds.
  • Database Maintenance: Ensure that our database is always up to date and accurate.
  • Call Handling: Respond promptly to all incoming calls, addressing concerns and queries with professionalism.
  • Team Management: Allocate tasks to lab technicians and ensure all formalities are adhered to.
  • General Administration: Tackle daily administrative tasks and ensure that operations run smoothly.
