We are now receiving applications from qualified and experienced professionals to join our team as Administrative Assistant for our head office in Addis Ababa. 

Qualifications

The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and logistics tasks including providing support to employees, consultants, and field coordinators, assisting in daily office needs and managing the firm’s general administrative activities.  Interested applicants for this position need to meet the following minimum requirements

  • Degree in management, economics, accounting, social sciences or related fields
  • A minimum of two years proven experience working as an Administrative Assistant in a research and consulting work environment
  • Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting Software and MS office ( MS Excel and MS PowerPoint ,in particular) is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to details and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Essential experience:  Past experience working in a research and/or consulting work environment.
